"So, we get to the existing circumstances where there remains an alternative narrative to present, that perhaps I'm no a failed manager who was lucky to obtain this role"
"but possibly I'm a leader who if provided patience, the narrative consistently concludes identically"
"With every team I've managed, it ends the same - with me and a trophy"
